System works fine with mouse input...but touch
System works fine all day with mouse input...but touch keyboard (any key) and it crashes and restarts...(black screen not blue) changed ram chips and keyboard to usb but no help....

Sounds like you have a corrupted system BIOS. If *********** board has a secondary backup bios. try to use it.
