t that is now turbo. i rebuilt the head and now i have a weird idle problem, it will drop to 750-800 and just jump up to 1100-1200 and stay for a few seconds and then drop down again. also as my idle drops my lights get dim too. is this idle surge or is it because my car doesnt have a tune?

Sounds like either a battery to body , engine to fuel management wiring, or battery to engine GROUND problem #2 a vacuum leak and a loose alt belt also make sure the throttle cable is not to tight !!!
