The solution to this issue would seem to be upgradeing the firmware, make sure you have the newest firmware available and try updating the firmware again. If it still does the same thing, and please do try it again. Then drop me a comment and Il look into it more. The solution to this issue would seem to be upgradeing the firmware, make sure you have the newest firmware available and try updating the firmware again. That happens when the old firmwware version is incompatible with the new one.
Download the firmware again from this page here. Select version 3.06 Or download from direct link here YP-T10JAB [NEW]YP-T10J FIRMWARE (ver.3.06)
After downloading firmware do the following:
Go to > My Computer > t10 > Internal Storage
You will see folders for music, pictures, etc.
Unzip all the firmware files and put them in this folder.
Also, copy all the firmware files into system folder.
Disconnect t10 and ensure you have enough battery charge to the the fw upgrade.
Don't press anything during the FW upgrade
Turn the t10 on, and it will say upgrading firmware and then it will turn itself off.
Turn on the T10 , it will finish and turn itself off.
This should fix the problem.
