T3 - It slows down then speeds up, has mind of its own
Treadmill is getting power, but speeds up and slows down on its own and then after a little bit the belt stops all together, but the console stays on. On the motor board, there is a light that comes on and causes a noise. The console says, "please wait", than the treadmill works, then again says "please wait".
