Undo the nut at the end of the hose closest to the power steering unit and let the oil drain into a container, then undo the other end and remove the hose, you will have to go to a hydraulic hose repairer to have a new hose made up for you or you can go to the dodge dealership and buy an original over the counter. When you have the new one put it on, fill the power steering resevoir to the full mark, start the car up and turn the steering from right to left or left to right which ever feels good for you, this will expel any air in the unit and stop it from groaning, recheck the oil level before taking for a test drive
