T5Zi treadmill walking belt motor won't start
NTL610090 model number. No codes and it will read speed but after a few seconds goes to 0.Tested the power going to the motor on red and black wires. They test at 0.8 and 0.1 between the two? The console lights up as if to start and starts time, all other options appear to be working properly. How do I determine the problem?

Normally when this happen the controller board motor is faulty.
However you must see the schematic diagram , and the thermo switch inside of motor, if is defective or o.k. YOu must use the DMM, for continuity and test if closed or open.Replace or replace.
Of course you must test the main motor, with Battery 12Volts for for to see if the motor is working or defective.
