Tablet is not recognized by computer
My PTK-640 has just one year use, and it´s not recognized by PC windows vista. Just one LED lights up when connected. Tablet is the only device which isn´t recognized by system.
This problem started last week, when I installed tablet on a Mac book pro. It worked perfectly during 2 days on Mac. After that, I return it on to PC, it worked normally during one or two days, and started this troubleshooting.
The First time it happened, I unplugged from USB hub and plugged USB cable directly on computer´s USB port, then it recognized and worked normally. After one day, it died again, and it was not working in any USB port. I unplugged all devices, and plugged just the tablet. Nothing happened. I changed USB cables twice, no response.
Something weird happened then! I uninstall driver ( I reinstalled it over old driver twice ), and after that, tablet was recognizing pen movements! but when I reinstalled driver, PC does not recognized tablet again, and again there was no pen movement.
Does anyone could help me? Thank you!
