Tablet is on lock, and I have tried thr reset button..(tiny black hole on back)se
And have also tried some other ways such as holding down the power and both volume..up down buttons for 15 seconds...and nothing, can't get it to unlock

Touch and hold the lock icon. When it turns into a circle drag it towards the unlock icon and release.
