Take up reel not working on Monarch 9825 printer
Have a Monarch 9825 printer and the take up reel for the ribbon isn't turning (can be manually turned, so it's not stuck). Ribbon comes out of the machine along witht he labels. Any suggestions?

Go into the printer's menu and turn on the ribbon, or if you are using a 3rd party software, go into the software settings to tell the printer that it has a ribbon.
