The Talea model is with a Ceramic grinder system. This can happen when the grinder outlet is clogged with coffee grounds. Fresh beans cannot enter the grinder as the outlet is clogged. Remember, the grinder in any machine is a grinder. It does not shovel the coffee grounds out and clean the outlet when it is clogged. 1- Check if the grind setting is too fine (powder like). If so change the setting to coarse. Fully automatic machines do not need fine grind. Keep the grind fineness like the table slat grain. 2- Check if the beans are dark roast and oily. Oily beans are a slow poison for any fully automatic machine. Change the beans to Non oily medium roast type.
