Tank is not filling to water line
Eljer Windsor one piece. Flush is weak. Water is not filling up to water line. Do I adjust the weights, or turn the adjustment screw ? Which direction do I turn, clockwise or counterclockwise ?

Turn clcokwise to rasie water level, don't mess with the weights unless adjusting the screw to get water to proper height does not do the trick.
