Targa PC does not start up
When attaching the power cord and setting the switch on the back to 'on', 1 green light on the motherboard lits up. When pushing the on button at the front of the case, pc does not start up and de green light goes out.

Check the capacitors on the motherboard. This is a typical example of power cap failure. They look like small penlight batteries and should have a flat or dished top. If the capacitor has a domed top, it has failed. You can either replace it or you need to get a new board. sorry. Although you may have a failed power supply. you can get a PSU tester for just a few pounds/dollars.
