Task bar that should be on the bottom is on the left side
First the taskbar on the bottom was too high (about an inch) I tried putting the cursor on the line and dragging it down, but that didn't work. I don't know what I did, but now the whole taskbar is on the left side and I can't move it down where it should be. The start button is on the top left. The two thin lines that used to be to the right of the start icon is below the start button and then two more lines are below the icons usually to the right of the first two lines.
The icons for the local area connection, anti virus and safely remove hardware are now on the bottom left and a thin double line is above the icons for adobe and an internet icon.

Right click on the taskbar and see if
"lock the taskbar" has a check next to it. if it does, click on that and it unlocks it and you should be able to move it then
