i have tried the journal feed + turn on/off but it won't budge.
i have also encountered the same problem as everyone else where the machine just keeps running by itself. the journal feed + turn on/off helped for that, but not for this particular problem.
please help.

Wow. I haven't had that one before, and I thought I'd seen them all. Has this machine been unplugged for a while, or is it in use every day?
