Tec 472 qq no print
Our tec 472 qq only blinks the online green led when a job is sent to the printer but does not print. we have set up printer with proper driver from Toshiba and are using serial cable 25 to 9 pin. Serial is set to port 1 and have checked all settings on Label View 8.1 correctly and also on printer properties. Please help.

At least with B-882 problem was solved when entered to menu (power on with feed & pause pressed) and then enter to parameter set - menu. There's option Code, this was something else than AUTO. When turned to AUTO all started to work again.

First of all can you print just from the printer ie
Turn on the power while
holding down the [FEED]
key and [PAUSE] key?
