I mistakenly pushed the wrong rating. My apologies. What I meant to say was that it didn't help because I just had an authorized tech replace both the evaporator fan and temperature sensor. Your advice was very good advice had I not already done this. I posted a further comment on the problem under the question.

Please forward this to the rating service at FixYa so that the mistaken rating might be removed.
