I purchased West Bend Slow Cooker model 84905 for my husband for Christmas 2009 (we have a 20 year old one and he loves it - wanted 2nd one). No matter what temp setting it is on 1 - 5 it boils whatever is cooking. How do I get a replacement as it is obvioiusly not working properly? This was Christmas gift to him - purchased via Amazon.com. Thank you. Doris Hamm
