Temp sensor damaged
Pc works when air conditioner is switched on and room is brought to 22 c. But when the AC is switched off room is at 30c and pc keeps restarting like crazy. Just changed the heatsink but still the same crazy rebooting. Feel like throwing my pc out the window!!

Did you by any chance overclock the cpu in the bios ???
If so select a setting that is lower.
Have you added some thermal grease between the cpu and the cooling element ???
Is the fan connected right to the mainboard ???
The fan must be connected to the CPU_FAN 4 pin connector on the mainboard so the bios can control the speed, when the cpu gets hot.
I don`t know what size you case is but, you can add a 120 mm fan
below the power supply, and connect the power plug to SYS_FAN on the mainboard.
This should give a better airflow in the case.
In the end, i think a bios setting is wrong. Try to download a manual and check the settings in the bios and also you electrical connection.
The pc should not switch off before it reaches 70 degees celcius.
Hope you will get a cooler pc after this.
even flashed my bios at no avail
temporarily solved the problem by directly pointing a 45 cm fan directly in front of the motherboard. hope this sol doesnt damage it further.
