Texting Good morning all...here is my issue whenever i send or receive a text message it automatically deletes itself. i tried saving it to my sim card and that only holds about 30 and it still deletes all the ones that i send. what can i do?
Typically this is caused by the device having a low amount of internal memory. When the device memory gets low the BlackBerry will delete messages and/or call logs in order to preserve memory. You can check your free memory by going to Options > Status, and checking the file free parameter.
The quickest way to free up memory is to perform a hard reset. This is done by removing the battery from the BlackBerry while it is still powered on. Leave it out for 30 seconds, then reinsert.

I think you simply need to go into the settings / options and put a X on the checkbox which says something to the direction of save copy of sent messages in sent messages folder. Thats about what it sais on my phone.
