In order to reset my tablet, I did the following steps: 1) I went to backup & reset 2) Factory data reset 3) Reset tablet 4) Erase everything 5) Power off 6) After few minutes the tablet turns on and I started to select the language, time zone, setup WI-FI, and then I have the following question: Would you like to set up the Parental controls now? I said yes. It takes few minues and there is a sign that says: Please try again later). Although I reset my tablet, it doesnt give access to parental controls. All the time the system asked me my email and password which I don't rember. I tried to open a new account in www.meeptogether.com but it will not accept the serial number becasue it has been already registered. Hope with this additional information you would be able to assist me. Thank you.
