Report "The 200 amp circuit breaker trips and so do most if not all the individual circuit breakers. This happens randomly during the day, never at night. It started for no apparent reason around december 22. Have had electrician out twice and power company 3 times. The only appliance on the line is the furnace, stove and refrigerator. The dryer and washing machine are unplugged. The AC is turned off - fuses removed. The main breaker was just replaced. The electric company has tested and there are no surges. Sometimes the main water valve is jolted close., It is located where the grounding wire from the main box comes into the house. I am at a loss to define the problem"
