Report "The 4th fan button is in a permanent depressed position. All other buttons seem to be functional (they click on depression etc) but the whole unit is inoperative. The fuse was changed but without any improvement and the problem seems more of a mechanical nature rather than electical. Can one access the button mechanism and manipulate the movement...to effectively "free up" the stuck unit??"
