Whenever air is cooled it condensates (think of a cold beverage placed in a warmer environment), and there's nothing the manufacturer can do to prevent this (laws of physics). The manufacturer can place a heater inside the unit to dry up the condensate. I believe your problem is an inoperable internal heater.
