The alarm will not shut off after unit is turned on
The alarm has an unbearable loud sound that will not shut off until the unit is turned off altogether. This is a healthdyne concentrator BX5000. Please help.

Shut off for 5 minutes, and restart, if that does not work then youmay need to clean the filter in the back.

I have the same problem. I've tried to change the filter but it doesn't work. May I have other solutions?
