The answer I got was for a truck that changed to 4-wheel from the inside. The truck I have I have to get out and manyally turn the hub from the wheel (for me) with a pliers

You probably need to have the hubs replaced if they are that hard to turn... itll rob cost you around 250$ at a mechanics shop parts and labor.
