The auto-closure spring for the door appears to be broken. What is the best way to go about repairing it?
While opening the door, a snap sound was heard and the door would not close on its own. It seems the spring load at the door hinge has broken. How can this problem be resolved?

You need a new top hinge, call true at +1 800 325 6152 for part numbers and ordering info. They are very secretive about their info, they may or may not help. They may refer you to a local tech company. I can get the parts if you can't get anywhere with them.
