When the right side turn signals do not work you still hear the clicking, but the indicator and the front and rear bulbs do not illuminate?
According to the schematic, since you can hear the clicking and the cornering light illuminates, that partially rules out the turn signal switch. There are two separate circuits from the switch so you will need to test the second one.
There is a purple wire coming from the hazard switch and going to the turn signal switch. If you have power on this wire with the key on and the turn signals on then chances are likely that there is a problem in the switch. You can verify this by checking power (output side) on the dark green wire coming from the turn signal switch.
If there is power on purple wire, but not on dark green then replace the turn signal switch.
If there is no power on the purple wire I would replace the hazard switch.
If you have power on both wires when the turn signal does not work then you may have a problem where all the wires splice together (we will check that if we have to).
Something you can try: Turn on the hazards and see if the right side does not work sometimes. If the right side goes out I would replace the hazard switch.
I had a case like this a few months back. I left the hazards on for about 20 minutes and the one side quit working. Replaced the flasher switch and all was well.
I apologize, i misunderstood the Question. Yes, in your case, More often it is Faulty Flasher.Try popping the flasher out and see what happens. I have seen flashers go bad but they usually don't flash.
Let me know, if needed further assistance.
Hope i helped you.
