The batteries in my mother in laws Jet 3 are about 6 months old and charge up to nearly 13 volts, but the travel is now about one third the distance that it should travel bfore losing charge. what should be done
If you have someone do a load test on her batteries I'm sure they will find one weak battery that does not stand up under the load. Make sure that the batteries are fully charged before they do the load test and if one or both of the batteries drop more than a volt and a half under load then they must be replaced Most batteries are under warranty for 6 months lets hope you made it under the wire. Now if Medicare paid for her chair then they will pay for a set of new batteries contact the provider where she got her chair for repair Hope this helps
