The battery is fine and the guide light comes on fine, but mt Makita BHP451 has no power to the motor. What's the problem?
Newish drill, hardly used, worked fine last time, hasn't been over-stressed. Guide light is bright and the battery is AOK. Zero response on pulling the trigger.

Switch it between forward and reverse a few times without pulling the trigger. then try again.
