The battery will not take a charge. When plugged into the charger, nothing happens, no lights, no charge. I also tried another charger with the same result. Can the battery be replaced? any other suggestions

The battery is sodered into the unit, I would locate your reciept to see if you are under blueant's 2 year warranty. If you are call 866 891 3032.
