The beater assembly on our Majestic 360 is not working. We've pressed the reset button, checked the belt, made sure the connections were complete. Suction is reaching the unit. What's our next step? Thank you

Check the power cord going to the unit with a volt/ohm meter. The wires break, UNPLUG and take plyers and slightly squeeze the female connections, and plug in again.
