The black circular handle on the bottom of our 4 year old toaster oven broke off. it says "time, power, stay on" Could we get a free replacement from the company
After 4yrs, I would say your chances are slim to none. But call them! Have a model and serial number ready before you do, that will be the first thing they ask for. There are plenty of small appliance repair shops in the yellow pages, knobs are inexpensive
