The blower motor does not run. I have taken the unit apart and verified that the wiring has now opens. The thermal overload appears to be O.K. The squirl cage is not frozen and does turn. The fuze on the circuit board tested good. Not sure what to consider at this point. Do you have any suggestions

Check the Fan Plug Wire itself make sure it has no brakes in the wire. Use a Multi-Meter to check for continuity. More than likely the cause.
