The bulb is less than 2 years old and it has been flickering for past six months. we always have to turn it off then wait 20 minuets or so then turn it back on. What is the problem? And can you help us?

It sounds like you have a bad color wheel. It is not running the proper speed and causing the flickering. Usually you hear a humming sound also but not always.
