The Cd is too small for my MAC
The CD containing the driver for the MAC is too small for my MAC and it may get stuck. Is there a website where I can get a download of the MAC driver? Dynex doesn't have it on their site. Thanks.

IT WILL STILL WORK!
Yeah, if you just plug it into the computer and insert a card, the drive pops up on your screen. The CD is not required (thank God) and it WILL GET STUCK, so don't try to insert it. (I did...took me 15 minutes and some very small tweezers to get the stupid thing out!)
Man am I glad I read this posting. My DX-CR6N 1-6 memory card reader/writer was not being recognized by my MacBook, like the Quick Setup guide said it would. But, I was scared to put the small CD into my MacBook drive, so I my hubby took the disk on his PC and saved all the info to a disk, so I could put into my drive. BUT there were no drivers for the Mac so it didn't help! Well, that's not completely true. I was able to access the User Manual that had more information on trouble shooting, so here's what it says, maybe one of these will help you.
- Make sure that the USB cable is fully connected to your card reader. Unplug and reconnect your card reader.
- Try a different memory card of the same type in the same slot. If a different memory card works, the original memory card should be replaced.
- Disconnect the cable from your card reader and shine a flashlight into the empty card slots. Look to see if any pin inside is bent, and straighten pins with the tip of a small, pointed instrument, such as a mechanical pencil or jeweler's screwdriver. Replace your memory card reader if a pin has bent so much that it touches another pin.

- Some cards have a read/write security switch. Make sure that the security switch is set to Write Enabled (or unlock) --this one solved my problem.

I hope this helps you!

I'm using Leopard and just hooked it up, put in the memory card & it worked. I also was uncomfortable inserting that little cd into the Imac and couldn't find the darn drivers. Thanks a lot, Dynex!

It will work!
Place the mini sd card into an sd adapter. Then it will recognize it.

This device is plug and play, the software allows you to edit the appearance of the cards icon in the file browser window (whichever one you happen to be using)
