Hello The sled motor of your player is not working. This is the motor that spins the disc inside as soon as it has been loaded. But to spin disc, the disc must be loaded properly into the loading mechanism. Just check the loading belt that attached with loading motor and loading gear set for any loose, which may cause improper disc loading. Replace it first. If it does not help you, check the voltage at the seled motor terminals. There must be a voltage [4.5VDC approx:]. If the voltage is there and still the sled motor does nor work, replace it. If voltage is not there, the fault is with the loading IC which is soldered to the main board of the device. OK>
