The CD player has died with one "Check CD" error message all the time
In my 2008 Chevy Uplander LT, the single disc CD player has just stopped with a CD in it! The radio display just keeps showing "Check CD" whenever the ignition power is on. Nothing I do changes anything. Can this be reset? As someone suggested, do I take out the radio and disconnect, then reconnect the snap on connectors to the radio to "reset" the CD player? What gives? This thing is practically brand new! HELP!

Hi..
try to do the following:
1) check all the wiring, mine wouldnt turn on because the one of the wires had come out.
2) call the company of the cd player and see if they have a warranty, or bring it to a local audio place it might just be something is loose....
thank u
