There is a clip on each side of the main body of the stroller that the seat clips into when you change the seat of the stroller so that the baby is facing you as you push the stroller. There is one of these "knobs" on each side of the actual body of the stroller so that both sides of the seat are able to be snapped into place. Well one of these "knobs" broke off, so now only one side of the seat is able to be snapped into place when the seat is in the position what allows baby to face you as you stroll. Can I order another one of these "knobs," or have it sent in so that it can be replaced?
