Hi! As a first course of action, I strongly suggest that you remove the positive battery connector of the car. Let it sit for atleast 5mins. to reset the radio's system. After 15mins. reconnect the positive battery connector, turn the radio on and see how it goes. If still no luck on this then the radio itself is faulty, there surely are blown capacitors on the board. I strongly suggest that you just get a replacement rather having it fixed. Did you push the power button to turn on the unit. To do this look on the manual below page 3. center button.
