The coffee capsules falls straight through to the plastic bin below. Not sure if something has broken off which would hold the capsule in place. If so can I get a replacement?
I have tried a new batch of capsules, but still does not work. I can hold the capsule in place underneath and pull the handle down, and it works fine.
