The compressor for the air ride in my 03 navigator kicks on as it should when i start the truck and it airs up, but within minutes the air leaks right back out again from the front end. The back doesnt seem to have a problem. The compressor keeps trying to air it up but soon as it does it leaks back out again

Get a spray bottle with soap and water and spray all air supply connections and around boots on shocks and you will find the leak or leaks for repair.
