The computer is not recognizing swim mp3
When I first plugged in my swim mp3 player the green light came on and it charged. The second time I plugged in the mp3 player to the same usp port no green light is comming on. Could I have damaged it already. I am so annoyed. I don't have the patience for this and I don't have the money to waste. Is there a warranty on this device.

A: Press the reset button on the SwiMP3 player while the unit is plugged in. This is the small white button above the on/off and in between the green and red LED lights.
