Report "The computer kept putting a pop-up telling me the Norton firewall would be more secure against viruses. I got tired of closing the pop-up so I finally used the Norton firewall and since then I can ope up Mozilla Firefox browser but as soon as I try to enter any site it freezes and says it is (not responding). I activated the windows firewall again and have tried restoring but it won't allow the system restore to go through"
