"Connection timed out" can be a problem at your end, at the far end, or in between. Try going to a different page - if you were trying to get to Google, try Yahoo, Facebook, or DrudgeReport instead. If all those fail, it's probably not a problem on the far end. It might be communications, it might be your phone. You could try turning off your phone - I mean really turn it all the way off, not just turn the screen off. If it has an alarm clock function and that still works, your phone's not off. If it has any light on at all or responds to your touch in any way, it's not off. Once it's off, let it sit for 2 minutes or so and then start it up again. Watch for any error messages or alert boxes. Without more information from you, I can't really help you figure out if it's your phone or the network.
