Sounds like microprocessor bad or manual button stuck; without checking with meters..Good luck..Use it like that or pay to get it refurbished..Too bad Ecoquest didn't save repair parts for their Factory..I am upset..I was a dealer ..now at www.myvollara.com/andysaircare..Good cleaning..
