The cupboard next to dishwasher becomes full of condensation during drying cycle
18 months ago we had an AEG 86070Vi integrated dishwasher installed in the kitchen. It was positioned underneath the stainless steel sink drainer with an adjoining cupboard to the left which was located underneath the sink itself. During the drying cycle there is a significant amount of heat created which a) makes the stainless steel drainer scorching hot to touch and b) the adjoining cupboard becomes full of condensation. An engineer came out on two occasions and could not provide an answer to why it was happening. The installation is fine and there is no obvious reason why the condensation is forming other than the dishwasher is producing too much heat through the top.
Do you have any suggestions?
