The humidifier is set on 40%, the humidity is 60, the machine runs but does not take any water from the air and the humitity stays at 60. What is wrong? My dehumidifier is running smoothly but is not collecting water. It's set at 40 but will not come down below 60. I cleaned the air filter. I'm not sure what else to do.
