The door on my Jackson-Creda washing machine will not open after completing the cycle? I left it for several minutes before trying but without success. The only indication of a model No. is J1000 on the front panel. How can i overcome this and remove the cloths within it? Thanking you Mike Mora

You must make sure there is no water left in drum,
try lowering the drain hose down to floor level to drain any water that is left, with luck, the door should then open.
