The garage door only opens partially and then stops about a fifth of the way up. I have detatched the emergency rope from the bracket on the belt and manually opened and closed the door.

I re-attached the door to the drive belt again from the fully opened position and it closes perfectly but again only opened partially.

Any suggestions would be awesome. Thanks
