The drive spindle coming up through the pan which holds the paddle has come out. It looks like an O-ring is missing. Is that possible? If there is supposed to be an o-ring in the groove, can I get one at my local hardware store or does it take a special one from Breadman? If so, how much? and can you supply it? L. Hale

Hi, The drive spindle fits into a sealed bearing. That sealed bearing has failed and there is no replacement parts. You will need a new bread pan. Sorry Hank
